    Once that is accomplished, with the assistance of interactive group discussion you learn how to devise a conversational plan of action for building strong relationships with those identified above. You will:

    Create a strategy of dialogues ...

    Where do you want to go?
    What conversations will get you there?

    Now the platform is set!  It's time to apply the
    secrets for basic e-mail communication success!
