 Working one-on-on in private online sessions, together we: 

  1.  Identity your goal - what do you want to deliver to who and for what result!
  2. Working with out goal,  we do a "brain dump" on paper of ALL the words and phrases that would be associated in any form, shape or manner to the achievement of this goal. via your offerings and your identified buyers.
  3. Our list of words & phrases is reviewed to identify "headers of pillars" of conversation.  Basically we are categorizing all the gathered words & phrases  under a respective labeled umbrella. 
  4. A final review is done to clean out repetition, etc.  and to only include those words that the identified BUYERS will respond to .... words that will trigger some level of connectivity from their level of interest and or need. 
  5. Working within each pillar we further categorize our words according to their use within the stages of the buyer journey -- attract/trust -- connect/credibility  --  engage/expertise --- convert/loyalty  
  6. Our last step is to  describe how  each final word would best be applied into conversations per stage of the buyer journey, i.e. describe the types of conversation and/or communications that would be used per stage.
