3. A Social Security Number.  Tax Id's may be used BUT SS number still required. 
And ... there are 2 ways to sign up:
1. Via their website in which we will mail you your mobile scanner. 
2. Via your mobile phone in which you will download an app and be able to process
cards immediately.  All instruction is on our website
